Don’t hesitate to exchange item if you have borderline issues

The first unit I had a few flaws: (1) radio stations couldn’t lock on to signal (2) the reading light LED was perpetually on despite closing it down. (3) battery didn’t hold charge long. Amazon replaced the unit and all of the flaws did not occur on the replacement unit. I feel bad for customers who just accepted flawed units or gave it as a gift. What if a recipient did not take the time to return/exchange item?

The wind up part did work after a few times of use

I love the idea of this radio and its features, however after a few times of use the wind up part stopped working. I winds but will not play more than a 1/4 of a second afterwards. When it worked, it was great.

I just wanted a simple emergency radio with hand crank. The price for this was good. I received the radio within 3 days. It all works. It’s worth getting, especially for emergencies. Who knows what is going to happen these days.

It’s a nice product but they send like a card to have the life time warranty and is asking me for the product SKU but where is how I’m supposed to get the warranty wen there is no SKU number
