Once programmed per Instructions, it works great. I have one very important suggestion. For each setting 1 through 10, one has to set Days-Selection for EACH Timer-ON, Timer-Off. I believe One should not have to select Days-Selection for Timer-Off since it is logical that one wants Timer-OFF for the same days as for Timer-ON. [I goofed up few times on this]
Otherwise, FOSPOWER -Day Programmable Timers are just GREST!

I have been using this timer for more than 5 years now. I bought 2 more to replace my older analog timers and use one as a countdown-to-off timer for a fan. It MAY take some time to learn the programming but once you learn it, it is simple, really, and much more versatile than the analog timers. (plan your programings on paper first). 10 individual programming = more than you ever need for many variations of on/off. Plus, it has daylight saving time. Plus, a countdown-to-off function and a countdown-to-on function. And manual override button. I haven’t had the need to use the "random" button yet. (1) quality product, (2) quiet, (3) doesn’t feel warm when in "off" intervals. Price history: 2pack $17.99 on Oct 7th 2023.
