I’ve only used it for an hour, but I’m satisfied. As others have noted, the RCA outputs are one of the things that drew me to it. I also liked the clean look of the unit. Set-up was really quick and simple. I liked the verbal confirmations (Power on, Power off, Syncing Enabled). Sound quality seems decent, though the set-up it is on isn’t exactly world class. Connection seems to be pretty good. I can be a solid 30 feet away before I it starts to break up.

This thing is amazing! I has changed the way I listen to music. It connects to anything quickly and with no issues what so ever. I can now listen to exactly what I want without getting up from my desk to change the song. My only gripe is that the lights are always blinking and this is annoying. Once I’m connected I really don’t need a blue light flashing to let me know it’s there. I think we could save so much energy if we stopped putting us less indicators on everything.

I used this to add bluetooth to an old Bose Wave radio (RCA AUX jacks) - it works beautifully. Pairing with iPhones, android, and a Macbook Pro was no problem, and both the sound and the range are excellent. The flashing light bit didn’t do it for me, but there is a switch to turn it off. For the price, this is a no brainer.

Because of the low price, I didn’t expect much, but I was actually very surprised how nice this unit is. It’s made fairly well, has RCA as well as Mini Jack output and the AptX codec works great. Net, net - it’s simply a GREAT device for the money. Better than I expected. I typically have used Apple Airplay from an iPhone ( or DLNA from an Android) Wifi Devices to stream my music from my phones, but that comes at a cost. Sure, it’s High Resolution to use Airplay or DLNA, but you need a WiFi Network and you need the Apps to CAST to the DLNA or Airplay device. iOS has this built in with Airplay but Droid is a bit more tricky with DLNA. And if the network is unreliable, or the receiver is too far from the Router, you may have issues. With Bluetooth, it’s simple. You go peer to peer. The phone Bluetooths to the Receiver and you are done. The range is not as far as a WiFi Casting network, but the advantages are simplicity and the ability to cast everything since it’s Bluetooth OUT rather than a DLNA or Airplay Network. All this background to set up saying; I’m glad I no longer have to rely upon a WiFi network to stream high resolution music from my phones to my stereo devices. This little device works great, holds Bluetooth well enough and because it’s true AptX, you get HIGH RESOLUTION LOSSLESS casting of your music. That is... PROVIDED your PHONE can stream AptX. This device is backward compatible, so if you have an older phone with Bluetooth 3.0 or even 2.0, it will still work. You just won’t get high resolution music streaming. AptX is a lossless codec for Bluetooth and delivers high resolution via Bluetooth casting. For this price, you can’t beat it. I have a few AptX receivers that cost 3 times as much and I don’t see them as any better quality.This little device is great. If you have a receiver that doesn’t have bluetooth built into it, this thing is great. I attached this to two of my older receivers and now I can play music from my phone to the pool area and inside the house on the main system that accompanies the home theater area. I used the RCA ports for the CD/DVD player inputs and the sound is great. Now I can broadcast all my favorite toons via my cell phone to the house, or outside near the pool. Small, but powerful, I like it. Pros: 1. Easy to pair with NFC. 2. Nice auto connect 3. Simple USB power 4. Easy installation 5. Nice sound Great product audio in for l/r stereo audio out to non Bluetooth devices and has a Mic for phone calls....if you want to pair an iPhone and a kindle to this it Will tell you device already paired simply turn. Off Bluetooth on the first device to be able to pair a second only 1 Bluetooth device in use at a time...in order to pair a device press and hold play/pause also the on off button and you’re paired for non near field communication devices.

Bought this to use with a stereo audio setup in my living room. It does what it says and sounds great. I was extremely impressed with the overall build quality and the feel of the device. It actually feels like a premium piece of electronics. My only issue was that I could never get the NFC pairing to work with either of my phones that have NFC capability, but I don’t really consider that a huge deal since the initial Bluetooth pairing only took a few seconds and worked flawlessly anyway.
