Keeps the cord close to the wall.

The power strips work well. The angled plug help keep the cord close to the wall so you can slide end tables closer to the wall. The cord is long enough so we can run it down the wall. Used one on a timer for the Christmas tree and interior lights.

Was looking for a short extension cord with a flat plug and grounded... did not realize there were SO MANY options. But for the price, I had to try this one. I gotta admit - the plug did not appear to be flat enough for my intended use. To my utter SATISFACTION it was more than flat enough. Now fighting the urge to buy more for all the rooms in my house... sorry.

I ordered this for use behind a file cabinet at work. While the plug is not as flat as some flat plugs, it works just fine behind the file cabinet. It seems quite sturdy so I expect it will last for many years.
