  1. Buy this Cable! You will not Regret It!

I don’t give reviews often, but this time I had to give Kudos to this Cable. I have been in Audio for about 55 years and have owned many cables from entry level to hiend. When I stumbled on them and noticed how well built, ofc, dual shielding, with a foam polyethelene dielectric and a unbelievable price, I knew I had to try them. Most mid hifi and hiend cables use a foam dielectric as opposed to Teflon which is great also. The advantage of the foam keeps the signal Transported quietly and undisturbed. The signal is a delicate creature and can be easily conflicted. Right out the box this cable had all the Audiophile attributes to offer. You name it and it had it. It has replace my $1300.00 retailed IC. On my TT. and one on my DAC. Believe It. Also. Some of the reviewers were complaining about some loose connectors. I did have one loose on mine. Just unscrew the barrel and gently pinch the pins gently while holding for a few seconds. Screw the barrel back on and if still not tight enough repeat again until it pushes on securely.

  2. High quality cables at a fraction of the cost!

I have been selling and installing audio/video cables since the 80’s and I always believe that you get what you pay for... most of the time. These cables are of the highest quality for a fraction of the price. I just purchased a 2015 Jeep with great brand sound system but not seeming to perform to its reputation. I ended up pulling apart the system and found the RCA cables were Rockford Fosgate, a great name in amps along with the Rockford Fosgate amp along aside the Alpine amp installed. I saw that the Rockford Fosgate cables looked sub-par so I replaced them with these. WOW, what a difference. You think the simplest things shouldn’t make that big of a deal but remember you are only as good as your weakest link. I highly recommend this brand and I know you wont be dissapointed!

  3. Quality Cable at fair price

I replaced my amplifier and needed to put the new one up on a shelf that was 10 inched farther than my old monster cables would reach. These cables looked like a good value, and they are are. They feel solid, and I only needed the 3-foot ones, so as others have mentioned, I am not concerned with the smaller gauge wires. They look and sound great, and I like the flexibility of the cable because I have to run the wires from the front of one shelf to the back of the shelf below, and the radius of the turns seem fine with this wire, and would not have been withe a thicker, more stiff wire. I was not sure how to rate durability on a wire I just got. but I am not going to be connecting and disconnecting these on a frequent basis, so I expect them to last a very long time.

  4. Affordable High-Quality Cables, Very Highly Recommended

I’ve been using these cables for a couple years now. They are keeping company with some pretty darned expensive gear, and acquit themselves wonderfully, despite the low price. I had been using various cables, all more expensive than these, a lot more by comparison (not crazy money, but 10x, 20x, 30x the Fos-Power price). I’ve been replacing all my cables with these, including on my main system which includes Levinson, Monitor Audio and SVS (current models). I’ll leave the discussion of their sound to those who hear differences in good cables, which these are, imo & ime. These FosPower interconnects are double-shielded, with svelte plugs that will fit in tight places, fit snugly without being overly tight (as is the case with Monoprice "Premium" ICs which take so much pressure to push on/pull off that I was fearful of breaking solder joints inside my gear - never again), wield 24K connectors, have a copper center wire, and are lightweight and pliable. They also look like you spent a lot more money. Perform like it, too. I’ve replaced all my cables with these. I order spares, too. I’ve had no problems with the cables. Your audiophile buddies won’t be impressed, but that isn’t why I buy good stuff; it’s for the music which these ICs serve well. Very highly recommended.

  5. Good modern RCA cable.
    Rating

This cable is not what I expected...Its thinner and smaller than what I expected...Its a more modern design...Its not like a Monoprice premium cable nor like a Monster RCA or monster knockoff cable...its more akin to a KabelDirekt type RCA cable...The wire is thinner and also the RCA jack is of a smaller more compact design...I like it though and seems to be of high quality even the jack seems to be built well...I would recommend this cable for shorter runs and audio use.. longer runs (more than 10 feet) and for component video you might want to seek out a more robust cable with thicker gauge and a larger rca jack that can give you the separation needed...What worries be about those small jacks and thin wire is you cannot achieve 75 ohm resistance that way...Also who knows what the capacitance is like (although may be improved because of the smaller size)....The jacks do have good insulation and seem to be well designed for their size but its hard to tell how far apart the positive and negative terminals are with in the jack and also what kind of shielding or insulation is used to keep them separate and non interacting... For your MP3 player and or bluetooth devise they should be OK and work well for shorter runs Even a CD player should work well with shorter runs...Also they have to be better than generic non shield RCA cable that comes with many components... I have to try this cable out more...On first try connected to the CD player and amp I thought I detected a very high frequency ring somewhere out in the 19 to 20 khz range...The ringing seems to have subsided but I still want to try some other things first before giving it an unqualified high praise recommendation....If I discover something unusual I will try and report back with the added information. Its also possible the cable is the best available under $30 just not sure yet.

  6. Does the job
    Rating

There is much controversy in the audiophile community over the contribution that cables make to the sound of any system. Some people say that cables are crucial and they engage in creative prose to describe how this or that cable affects the sound. Others say that, as long as the connectors, in this case the phono plugs, are securely attached and the wires have not suffered oxidation, which of course happens over time and is not a concern with new cables, all cables sound the same; and they cite blind tests where audio consumers and even experts could not tell the difference between one solid cable and another. I tend to the latter position and found these cables, and several others, to do a good job; and no, I could not tell the differences, if any, among them. Perhaps this result is caused by my electronics, or my room acoustics, or my ears, but to me these cables, like the others I tried, do the job they were designed for, which is to connect one piece of audio equipment to another without any loss of signal or addition of static.

  7. Quality Cable, Sensible Price, Good Sound

Okay, I don’t hear much difference between various cables, so I will leave sound quality comments for those who have such acuity. I heard no difference between these compared with some pricier ICs I had on hand from Tributaries, AudioQuest and Monster Cable. I like the way these cables fit - snugly - without requiring excess force to insert. They are thick, without being too heavy or stiff. I ordered two 3’ lengths and two 6’. I am using them with a new Emotiva XSP-1.2 preamp, into a tubed ST-70 Custom power amp driving Klipschorns. My system sounds great to me. These cables seem to be well-made, and my new favorite budget interconnect. They sound like they are providing good electrical contact.
